There are several ways in which sessions can be accessed – via the home page, calendar page or your personal profile page.
To access sessions on the homepage simply scroll down the page until you reach the Schedule area – each session is displayed in an accordion menu. Click any session in the accordion to expand its content revealing information such as the session type and general information. You also have two options available – View Session or Bookmark Session. The View Session button will take you directly to the session and the Bookmark Session button will bookmark the session your account – your bookmarked sessions can be viewed on the calendar or your personal profile page.
Calendar Page
The calendar page gives you a detailed breakdown of which sessions are occurring on a particular day. You can view a session by clicking on the session title or bookmark a session by clicking on the bookmark icon.
Profile Page
If you are a speaker or presenter then you can view your sessions from your personal profile page. If you are an attendee then you can view your bookmarked sessions from your personal profile page.
When viewing a session you will be presented with a countdown to the day of the session along with a list of speakers, hosts and participants. On the actual day of the event you will be presented with the opportunity to join the session and participate in the live zoom session with other members.
