FNEAA Gathering Cancellation Policy

DEADLINE/CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY

The deadline to register is October 15, 2021 or until registration is full. Registrants may receive a full refund (less Credit Card Processing Fees of 2.9%) if cancelled by September 29, 2021.

A $275 fee will apply for cancellations received between October 1 to 15, 2021. No refunds for cancellations after October 16, 2021 will be issued, nor for any no-shows. Substitutions are accepted (fee difference may apply). ALL Cancellations/substitutions can be emailed to info@fneaa.ca.
