Learning Bird

Learning Bird collaborates with First Nations schools and communities to integrate local language, culture, history, and teachings into classroom materials. We help communities develop local language and culture curriculum, collaboratively build resources to support learning outcomes, and support teachers as they implement these materials in their classrooms.

We have partnered with 50+ Nations from coast-to-coast to assist them as they develop, implement, and use locally focused educational resources. We also offer a web-based platform full of audio, video, and print-based resources for grades 6-12 and a local server option for communities with bandwidth constraints.
